Refunds & Returns

At ComeAway, your satisfaction matters. This policy explains how refunds and returns are handled for both our physical products and app subscriptions.
1. Sleep Mask & Physical Products

Returns: You may return your ComeAway Sleep Mask within 30 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and include all original accessories and packaging materials.
- For health and safety reasons, items that have been used or cannot be properly sanitized may not be eligible for return.

Refund Timeline:
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 7–10 business days total. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer UNLESS the product was defective or incorrect.

Defective/Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@comeaway.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Authorization: Please contact us before returning items to ensure proper processing and avoid delays.

2. App Subscriptions
- App Store Purchases: Subscriptions to the ComeAway Sleep app are managed through your app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).
- Refunds: All subscription refund requests must be made directly through your app store, as we cannot process these refunds ourselves.
- Free Trials: If offered, free trials will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription anytime in your app store account settings. You will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards, digital downloads, and items marked “final sale” cannot be returned or refunded.
4. How to Start a Return (Products Only)
- Email us at support@comeaway.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- We’ll confirm which return address (US or Canada) to use.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging.
- You’ll receive an email update once your refund is processed (see Refund Timeline above).
