At ComeAway, we want your order to arrive quickly and reliably. Here’s how shipping works for customers in the United States and Canada.
Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM MT on business days ship the same day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
United States Shipping
US orders are fulfilled from our fulfillment center in Utah.
Available services:

USPS Ground Advantage → Estimated delivery in 2–5 business days, with tracking included.

USPS Priority Mail → Estimated delivery in 1–3 business days, with tracking included.
Shipping costs:

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Free shipping on orders over $150 (US only).
Canada Shipping
Canadian orders are shipped from Calgary, Alberta using Chit Chats.
Available services:

Chit Chats Select → Full tracking included. Estimated delivery in 3 business days.

Chit Chats Canada Tracked → Full tracking included. Estimated delivery in 4–8 business days.
Shipping costs:

Rates are calculated at checkout in CAD, based on service level and destination.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Note: Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take additional time.
Tracking Your Order

US orders: Track with USPS using the tracking number we email you.

Canadian orders: Track with Chit Chats using the tracking number we email you.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping may be added in the future.
Delays & Responsibility

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs, or carrier delays.

Lost or damaged packages: Contact us immediately at support@comeaway.com if your package is lost after delivery confirmation or arrives damaged.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect/incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
